Meet Ava
A San Francisco native, Ava Gueits brings deep knowledge of the Bay Area and a relationship-first approach to real estate. With a background in enterprise technology sales, she spent several years working with fast-growing companies and senior decision-makers, building strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
Ava works with buyers, sellers, and clients relocating throughout San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area. She is responsive, straightforward, and attentive to the details that matter most, whether preparing a home for market, navigating a competitive search, or managing a move.
As part of the Paulson Keenan Group at Compass, Ava combines her local perspective and experience in the San Francisco tech community with the resources and market expertise of an established real estate team. She holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a licensed California real estate salesperson. Outside of work, Ava enjoys spending time with her husband and their English Mastiff, Maverick, as well as with her family in Marin County.
