Do you qualify your buyers? In today's 2021 world, it's even more important to the seller to qualify your buyer's ability to make a purchase. I recently wrote a letter to a building that is of interest to one of my buyers and he was more than willing to send me his proof of funds. We will have a much better chance of getting a response to our inquiry with that very vital piece of information.
